Shipping

*Covid-19 And General Supply Chain Issues*As I’m sure you are aware, the state of global supply and shipping chains remain uncertain. Please understand that orders within the United States may incur slight delays. Expect delays on international shipping.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Once  your order is processed (within 1-3 business days) and given to the courier you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The shipping time of your purchase is based on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Please note that shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses within the USA.

International shipping is available! Customers may be responsible for customs charges, based on the country and courier. Please note these taxes are non-refundable.

When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some areas can be affected. To minimize delays we work closely with multiple carriers like FedEx, UPS to avoid disruption. When your order is dispatched, you will be informed of which courier was used. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on carriers websites (links will be provided in the confirmation email) as well as local weather news.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked delivered via tracking but has not been received, please first try contacting the shipping courier. In the event that the courier cannot locate your package within seven (7) days of the item being marked as delivered you can contact me directly and I will do my best to assist you.

If an item is returned because of an incomplete/incorrect address and it needs to be reshipped, it will incur a $10 reshipping fee.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@minimall.studio. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for returns.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
